1-1 Cabral scores for Sunderland

1-1!!! Cabral equalises with a tidy finish from the edge of the area.

Disappointed not to see Chadli in the squad for today, realise Paulinho has extended leave because of the Confederations, would love to see Gylfi play through the middle more for Spurs, feel he's wasted on the left even though it allows him to cut in on his cracking right foot.
Jaja WAS the silver Ibra. :(

Yeah sucks the extended leave international players and new signings seem to get.   The City lineup today will probably be similar.  I just hope at least Navas and Fernandinho play, since they should have been in door a good bit longer.

Have you tried him in UT? Play his NIF at LCAM in a 451. He can strike a ball on the game!

Exactly Eric, the only reason people want to see these friendlies to to see new signings and you rarely get to see them! Didn't realise the Barca and Bayern game was on live today  :o

what time?  nice to have football back even if it is just friendlies, means the real business isnt too far away.

No Pep v Tito matchup after the recent bitching between them.

Advertised for 5 so probably kick off half an hour after that.

@Kiwi, I've used his SIF at LF and my word can that card strike a ball fiercely.

Ok so Sunderland beat Spurs 3-1.  Didnt hear what happened since i was away on lunch.

Back to the real business now tho, City v South China.

City lineup: Man City starting line-up: Hart, Kompany (c), Zabaleta, Lescott, Clichy, Milner, Nasri, Barry, Fernandinho, Toure, Dzeko.

Man City bench: Richards, Negredo, Sinclair, Kolarov, Garcia, Aguero, Rodwell, Pantilimon, Nastasic, Suarez, Boyata, Nimely, Huws, Razak.

So no sign of Jovetic but Fernandinho is playing at least and Negredo on the bench.   No sign of Navas either :-/

Anyone notice anything unusual about this lineup.

South China starting line-up: Zhang; Sealy, Tse, Joel, Kwok; Chak, Ticao, Cheng, Naves, Lee Wia Lim; Barry.

My friends are there in HK catching the game. Will get his feedback! He's a spurs fan.

Found Vertonghen on instagram last night.
