So ... Demo time.

Firstly, took a WHOPPING 12 hours to download the 7.3GB. Shockingly slow! Yep, I have pretty high expectations, given we download at around 25MB/s. Obviously someone was throttling so it was effectively 150KB/s. Not sure what was going on there.

Kid and I played a bit of 1v1 and it was ... ok. Looks terrific ... no, freakin' amazing! Some cool animations or player likeness. But overall, it's just another release of FIFA to me.

We laughed at the same old crap - typical dodgy goals were there, weird keepers as normal, some passes going weird. Just your normal, average day in the life of EA's flagship product.

Some cool things were certainly there, but simply the crap of ... every time you finish a game, you see the 'what's new' ... over, and over, and over, and over again. I've read it once - you don't need to shove it in my face. Honestly you just get this impression they're SO focused on delinquent ADD 12 year olds that need to see this sh!t every time they end a game. Tw@ts.

Me dreaming ... EA release a version where it's TOTW 2017-09-14 ... (or 13th wherever you are) ... and just keep releasing them so there's no need to keep getting the next release ...
