Interesting!

Not sure if anyone saw on FIFA Reddit where it was posted that Gorilla - who had gone 80 in 80 with his mega bucks team - was 13-4 and struggling (a bunch of ET games), with a 100k team.

Yep, sure there are conspiracy theories. I'm continually stunned that people (idiots) can compete - another bunch of games (quits actually) last night with people still doing the 90-270 deg passes. I wonder if they'd really patch that.

Patch isn't live on xbox yet Kiwi

Yeah mate, know that - my sentence structure was a bit bad on that one :D. Just wondering how effective 'what they implement/change' will be.

Indeed interesting and not a surprise too.

So Gorilla is struggling with his 15m team against 100k teams. Hope he struggles even more. But that has nothing to do with the patent thing as he has spend a lot of money

Hey Glad ... no other way round. He went 80 wins in the WL with his 15M team. When he changed to a 100k team, he struggled.

Kinda back to BB's post around the "if EA adjust sliders to advantage the bigger team" theory ... guess we can call it "anti-handicap". :D

Don't they update when you're away from the console? Or do only superieur consoles have that feature? ;)

Had a playdate with my ten year old nephew saturday, I save the good packs for him to open, and I can't complain the kid did really well, allthough I strictly instructed to pull Messi and Ronaldo, he did pull a couple of 85+ players, 3 scream cards and IF Batshuayi, not bad for 20 packs, sold everything off and I'm running close to 1 million coins. So I was wondering, is the market still the same? Prices will rice until it plummits for christmas? On my shopping list are the Dutch icons, get Gullit first during christmas and then the others?
In need of a new goal!!

:D ...

... naah, I manually update given I don't have many games to update. This is also the new console - got an XB1 S when I changed ISP last month.

Anyway, Gigabit Fibre means it only takes a few minutes thankfully.

Agreed. I don't think the Christmas ones impact that much. I also think people will be more selective this year with SBC - not caught up in the hype of them like last year.

I have the 91 rated Van Basten, Beuk...he is awesome. But to be honest, I just feel love for this card so I am biased  >:(

Just bought the 88 rated Rui Costa, immense card. But for the same amount of coins I could buy Kante & DeBruyne. But it is just fun to play with those ICONS.

SO prices will drop end of November? hen is black Friday?

Did marquee matchups pretty easily, only buying a couple of very cheap players and making large amounts selling Danish League players. Packs were ok. Two walk outs, Diego Costa and SIF Hilton, and a past walk out, Dani Alves.
Played a bit this morning for the first time on the new patch. Got to the final of the dkt, but lost. Played another 1st round and won 5-3 despite being 3-1 down at half time. Seem like they have improved the blind passing, but I'm not saying anything until a weekend league has been played, although it's very unlikely I'll play enough this weekend to qualify for the week after. Working twelve hour shifts on each of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Have been playing a lot of Fortnite and got a nice duos victory last night plus a couple of top three finishes.

Nice pulls there on MM ...

Last week, had some pack luck that surprised me a bit - not MM but had some FP left and used them on Prime Players packs. Been a long time since I pulled 2 cards in a row - especially early on / not in "peak pack opening season".

Had these 2 one after the other:

Sold for a combined 380k ... damn!
