Good job. Well done.

Going well this side too with it. Have 2 losses as well - directly after I said to the kid that I'm unbeaten with it :P.

Good shout on Zuber - haven't got a Bundes side set up as yet - will get him.

Edit ... Love this!

Anyone see the City - Napoli game. I was streaming it on the side and City played some serious keep-ball in the last 10-ish minutes.

Hilarious that Mendy tweets this out:

So as i have been saying only played SB mostly so far not played 1 game in Div's and only 3 online 2 of which i RQ, as i played my SB games last night had nothing to do today, decided to give the WLQ a go, first up 8 of one nationality nearly gave up there threw this together

First round pen after 3 mins i score he quits

second round good player but Icardi scores 2, he gets one back in the 87th min i hold out to win with 10 men.

Semi again another good player we go back an forth 2-2 then Icardi scores his 3rd and i go down to 10 men again but i break away and chip his keeper for a 4th and he quits.

So i'm in a final at my first attempt  :o :o typical BPL fifa 17 team including Butland who BTW is crap in 18 but they still use him  ;D  3 up by HT another Icardi hattrick very comfortable until around the 75th min he scores 2 quickfire goals and i think here we go but no i hold out to win it and qualify for the WL.

Surely the quality of opponent is better than this, anyhow don't think i will play any don't have a strong enough team and can't be arsed  :D

Thought that 8-Nation restriction was still on, built a team and when I went into play a game, it said tournament closed and found me a game - against someone that did not have 8 players from the same nation :D.

That game got disconnected a few minutes in, and when I went to search again, could not find a game that had more than 2 red bars. Every single game. Restarted, reset network, same thing.

It seemed like others may have had the same issue, as people actually progressed - hesitantly. Didn't impact anything in-game of course - just another sign of this crappy game having it's wobbles.

Won the tournament at the first attempt though, so kinda happy with that - I think. All games played using 352.

Moved on to Seasons - still 352 - and played 1 game there, with a new team. This one has IF Zaza and Gameiro up front. Connection was still red bars, but no issue in game. However, a bunch of BS happening meant I was 1-3 down after 25 min. Step up Mr Zaza :o :o ... Ended 8-4 with him grabbing 5 and an assist - with 2 shots hitting the woodwork - feels like he was actually trying to break it, or the ball. Pretty damn impressive start!!

Think I'll like this card more & more!

Won the daily tournament again yesterday with 3-0, 2-0, 4-1 and 5-5 (3-1 pens) scorelines. The 2nd round was just plain madness. The opponent was one of the most defensive players I've ever played! He just sat there and didn't try to attack. His keeper made double figure saves and eventually I managed to break him down in extra time and got a couple of goals. The final was a bit lucky. The opponent was very good and I was 4-2 down with ten minutes left, but he got a red card, I scored an absolutely crazy goal and got back to 4-4. Went ahead in extra time but my defenders were statues straight from kick off and he passed all around and scored, although this was how I got my second goal as well. Fortunately he was dreadful at penalties, completely missing the goal twice.

The problem I have is that the German plus IF Zuber team plays amazingly, but the ones I use opposite it have been more shakey defensively. Have bought a few Serie A players and will test that out later.
Played a few against the AI in squad battles but that isn't really a good way to test teams out for online play. The way the computer cheats in that is unreal! The fouls it gets away with are too much. And when it suddenly becomes untouchable with several 100mph perfect passes, you know what is about to happen unless you get really lucky!

Rewards weren't very good. Manolas was the best player I got. I suppose he could play in my Serie A 352 team for the weekend. Pace wise he can cover a lot as one of the outside CB's, back in attack they seem to drop out quite wide and offer a good out ball if nothing else is on. His passing is pretty terrible, and with them receiving the ball a fair bit, he could be a liability. The German team has IF Ginter and Vogt who are both good passers for CB's and it is noticable.

Only played one squad battle game today. Instead was playing squads on Fortnite with some of my Pro Clubs team players. Really good fun! Solo's isn't the best due to the amount of camping already going on, but squads is good.

Rewards ... wasn't expecting anything from Silver 2 (or whatever) and didn't get anything.

Onto the first game ... Loss. Simply stunned me and tilts me first game in.

First win after 4 games. Laughable a few of the goals conceded.

This game ... ::)
