Weekend League. Dread to think how bad it'll be this weekend. Not looking forward to it! Why do I even play it? Game is decent during the week and even games against a typical futchamps player/team are ok, but a constant deluge of it with very dodgy bounces and goalkeeping is just horrendous!

Fortnite is kind of cartoonish, but when you get the hang of it you don't really notice that. You can build stuff like staircases to reach difficult to get to places and walls to protect yourself. I still don't really know how to do that though! Singles is hard. Need a bit of luck to start with to not get stuck without a gun and too many people just camp and are impossible to see in bushes. Squads though is great. Four of us played for over three hours straight last night. The time went very quickly! Really enjoyed it and we managed a couple of second places.

0-4. Going for the full sweep this weekend. The absolute state of the randomness of the goals im conceding are hilarious.

Ouch. 3-4 myself, although the kid came through and won 2 of those. LOL

I recorded 2 of them that I conceded ... need to sort out my uploads though - Xbox Live space restriction. Nuts.

Damn ... I got the pack and left the other 4 players in the club.

Thanks - a cool (and quick!) 38k.

I had a good few so did the SBC and sold he rest. A nice little boost in coins at least. The pack was bad. The two silvers were both rated, although they were Turkish and Mexican League so not the worst I suppose.

Just wasn't in the mood to play much more weekend league today. After losing the first four, I won the next one when the opponent rage quit at 1-0 when I was absolutely destroying him. Not sure of the point of quitting at 1-0. Knowing this game, that can soon switch to 2-1 the opposite way, normally in very dodgy circumstances!
The game after that was a classic futchamps 90th minute goals, in my favour at least, to win the game 4-3. The final match I played lasted one half, with the opponent quitting at 5-1 down at half time. I genuinely could have been 10!

So clawed it back to 3-4 to end the day. I'll take that after the way things started. When the matchmaking kicks in though, I'll probably be lucky to pass Silver 1. The completely weird bounces that occur on weekend league at times defy words! I know that there will be several highly dodgy events before Monday morning!

I had to buy one...1800 players in my squad and came one short..

Sold all my players from the russian league, did want to do get promes, but I'm not paying atleast 400k for players to finish that, will look to finish it around chrismas, some of those players I had in my club went for crazy money, 59 rated non-rare gk for 6k!! only kept Shomurodov , none of him on the market, and it took me a while to actually buy him during release, he is one of those bronzes that will have no problem adapting to WL ;) (when I really start playing again)
In need of a new goal!!

This game is crazy. From 0-4 to 6-4 now. Six wins in a row and I already have almost had enough! I swear every team is exactly the same now. All the usual Premier League suspects every single game. The same play style. I think it's worse for that than last year!

Yeah - in agreement 100%.

The first few weeks of WL was not even close to being this bad. Now, people have grand visions of Top 100 and rewards worth millions every week, that they're out to play the sweatiest of games.

But, for me, the issue is down to (once again - sorry!) the game rewarding these idiots with their idiotic play. The game is so flawed at the moment, that there is little hope for decent play. Got to 9 wins and part of me thought that I could - with better concentration/less tilted play - get to 18 wins.

There's just NO enjoyment. It's such a grind - way, way worse than the worst of last year.

Once again EA have just ... f&%ked up the game. Simple.

It took me two months to even qualify last year, so don't know what it was like at the start but it's just too easy to make coins now. Everyone already has the full Premier League meta team, two weeks into Futchamps. People too obsessed with getting wins no matter what. The same crappy play style. It really is a huge grind.
I got up to seven straight wins but had zero will left to carry on this morning. Have had one game where the opponent was playing 433(2) and it was a different match. He was keeping possession in my half for long periods and had to concentrate hard in defense. Eventually my defender did an auto lunge, he shot straight at my keeper who just pushed it comically into his own net. This brought it back to 2-2. Of course I score straight from kick off when my players are moving all over the place to receive passes and his defenders stand like statues. So many cheap goals and hollow wins. Is it bad programming or stuff in the code? Whichever it is it shouldn't be there.

The final game summed up the stupidity of this game even more. A 4121(2) with PotM Mane and Rashford in attack. Constant driven passes and sprints up the middle. I'm using 352. I have the middle covered. How do they not realize this when it doesn't work for the tenth time? Carved him open time after time and he eventually rage quit at 3-0 after an hour. I bet though when these idiots play exact replicas of themselves they all reach Gold 3 comfortably though.

Yep - this sums it up for me too - "So many cheap goals and hollow wins. Is it bad programming or stuff in the code? Whichever it is it shouldn't be there."

And also that last opponent - as you say ... where's the joy in continuing to spam that actually hoping for the bad code/glitch to gift you the win.

Morons - the majority of them.
