Moving onto the DKT ... too easy. 3 comfortable wins, used a bronze team in the final, conceded and quit. Next one, another 2 easy wins.

What I would give if it was dedicated servers in seasons. Would comfortably skip the WL for it.

Finally 'lost' my first game in the DKT ... after 12 wins. Gave away 4 finals - actually, make that 3 as the one d-bag had attribute cards on them - no way I was going to give him the win ;D.

I just need to take this same mindset into the WL now ... :P

Got back from work early on Wednesday afternoon, so went on Fifa. Reeled off eight wins out of eight, including a dkt win. People really don't have a clue how to build teams nowadays do they? With the requirement being 4 golds maximum, I play against below 50 chem teams in the 1st and 2nd rounds and again in the final. All very easy stuff.
Have also packed a couple of IF's from league SBC's, the Spanish LB and Spanish GK from the team of the week that ended on Wednesday.
Will I make a return to the weekend league????????

Played a grand total of zero games in the weekend league. Just not interested in that at all now. Literally can't think of anything worse than trying to cram 40 mostly unenjoyable games into that short amount if time. Have played a few games here and there, mostly winning, but was unsuccessful with the free draft token I packed. Won the 1st round and was winning in the second round, but the PS4 had had enough and decided to chuck the disc out randomly during the match.
Have completed a lot of League SBCs as most of them are very cheap now. With the players I already had in my club, the sales from the packs and coin rewards for doing them, I was well in profit after finishing the Eredivie, Turkish League and Championship over the weekend to go with the previously completed Saudi League. Best part was completing the Excelsior SBC for a rare 2 player pack and getting a walkout IF, Man City goalkeeper Ederson!

Used him last night in a couple of games but the gameplay was absolutely shocking. Players unable to trap a ball, air kicking, not reacting to half the inputs. Was just a joke. Did still manage to smash a full MLS team with 9 special cards for six goals though, but if the delay wasn't there, I dread to think what the score could have been! Although he wasn't even that bad so was probably suffering from the dreadful delay as well. Bergkamp ended that game with 4 goals and 2 assists and is by far my favorite player so far this year.

Hello people.

Yeah - been posting there. Have been on leave for the past 3.5 weeks ... the dark side consumed me ;)

Still been going one - as normal. WL still sucks and grinds me down. Won't defeat me tho' - will be at it this Friday again ;D.

Even did some Prime Icons - 3 in one day! - Schmeichel and Rui Costa for Vieira. Was a long day that!! Bought some scream cards so needed to do it before their boosts ended :D.

No mate - he went into the Vieira one.

I do have an 88 that I bought though - for chem with Ronaldo. He's been really solid.

Won the daily tournament easily, winning 6-3 in the final, with the shot count 25-4 in my favour. Hit the post three times and his Ruffier made at least half a dozen amazing saves. Been using 442. It works so, so well.

Played my first weekend league games for two months. First one was against one of the worst opponents I've faced in weekend league. When the game eventually started after two full pauses and a complete formation rejig from my opponent, I just completely destroyed him. He was attempting offside traps and leaving me five on one against his keeper. A lot of people just can't defend against 442. And with the runs that the players make, you just create chance after chance. Bergkamp also helps!
Second game was just a joke. The opponent scored four goals straight from his attacks from kick offs. My players didn't react quick enough, a couple of the goals were after three tackles bounced straight back to him, and one from Musa crossing the ball with his weak foot in the opposite direction to where he was facing and Hazard heading the ball backwards after outjumping my defender somehow. Luckily I managed to score five against his team that had 5 hunters and 5 shadows attached.
That was enough of that! A 2-0 record then!

Did a load more of the clubs in League SBCs and completed the MLS at profit after packing Ruffier, Keylor Navas and IF Exetia and several sellable, inflated priced players.
Most of the Russian League is done apart from the expensive two, Tosno and Rostov, and also managed to pack IF Andy Carroll from one of the Serie A ones, possible Atalanta.

So Weekend League got extended again already this week. Thought I'd play a few and see what happened with my newly acquired 89 Shearer! First game I lost 3-2 in the 120th minute when my defender just decided to charge up the pitch on his own whilst defending a cross. The AI gifting last minute goals. Just laughed! Was soon 0-4. Managed to win my last two that I played fairly easily though and ended 2-4.

Got up to 4-4 with four straight wins, but then it all went completely wrong. Soon found myself 5-11! I was losing ridiculous game. Lost 6-1 with 19 shots, 13 on target, and the very next game I lost on penalties after a 0-0 draw. I had 22 shots, 17 on target, the opponent had 3 shots all game. I just couldn't score. The keepers were making impossible saves, Bailly (literally every opponent uses him) was making block after block after block. Was just sat there laughing at what was going on.

In the end though, I finished on 14-13. Winning games fairly easily.

18-14. I'll take that. Thought I'd struggle having barely played weekend league for three months and especially when I was 5-11. Even the games i lost in going from 4-4 to 5-11, only a couple of those I even remotely got outplayed. After that I was winning fairly easily. It actually wasn't that bad. Don't know if the new patch has helped me but the one two through ball 41212(2) teams didn't seem too dangerous. Maybe its because I haven't played it for a while and there was longer to actually squeeze the games in.
Doubt this will be a regular thing, but if it's Friday to Monday its not that bad. Can't believe I'm going to say this but I actually enjoyed it!
