LOL ... indeed you, and we, could ... ;D

Honestly, the last 7 weeks has been absolutely horrible, bar 1 pull (MOTM ADM). Other than him. there has literally been nothing of value - when comparing to previous weeks.

Not trying to sound greedy, honestly. It just seems like prior to January, there was a lot more in rewards/SBC's. IMO pack weights have been adjusted.

Oh you're telling me they have even down to the Saudi players was a time you would be guaranteed them in bronze and silver packs i think all the recent league SBC bronze/Silvers pack weight has been massively altered suddenly i'm getting loads of polish league and Nordic players in silver and bronze packs. No way should a non rare 50 odd rated bronze LB from a lower tier PL club be selling for 5k

You're onto something there.

Think someone sat down and said "let's link cardweights to actual BIN's" ... SMH!

I think they want FIFA point sales to continue post TOTY at a high level. Up to then with all the initial hype, then Xmas boom into TOTY, sales pretty much take care of themselves then tend to die down really until TOTS.

This year with the introduction of SBC's, clubs are continually being drip drained of players to the point where some may think that points are the only option. This is why I think they have adjusted pack weights, to get people to that point and drive their healthy bank balance

After the pack luck from last weekend, opened rewards expecting absolutely nothing. First pack, massive pause, walkout............ Petr Cech! Rest was bad and Marquee Matchups terrible, although didn't need to buy a player and mostly picked from the 100 gold duplicates sat blocking my trade pile.

Looks like loads of spare time for weekend league the next few days. Hopefully I won't spend most of the matches tilting this week! After 18-17, and 18-18 the past two weekends, would be nice to hit Gold 3 with more games to spare this time, but with player of the month and FUT birthday both probably coming today, the servers are more than likely going to be shocking.

Cech must be the troll of all walkouts. Think we've pulled him twice!

Thought it was a 3rd ... ended up being Sanchez (side angle of the flag fooled me) :D

Mine were so bad they were totally forgettable.

Still doing alrgiht though, my unbeaten streak came to an end and almost got relegated from div 2 instead of the promotion it looked like after first 3 matches.   needed a point from my last game to survive, went a goal up, then 2-1 down before 2 late goals won it 3-2.   Quite enjoyed it but was least I deserved.  If I take recent form into WL I should do better than recent weeks.

Mulling over team changes.   TIF Gomez doesn't entirely cut it, he's useful for pace but his finishing is so erratic feels a lottery where it will go.  So im thinking surely OTW Higuain would be far more clinical, bit less pace but sure I could handle that.   Kiwi - did you try him?  I know you said at one point the kid loved Higuain?

So, started the games ... first one went down to a "basic" player (aka noob, tw@t, moron) but managed to recover to win 3-1.

Next game - win by a goal:

But ... I noticed his passing was 64% at HT, but he's wasn't passing much. Decided to snapshot this at the end, then manually go count his passes. In total I had 113 successful passes - he had 60. So, not only did he barely passed, when he did he was useless at it. Don't get some people ... really!

Kid wanted to play ... and 3 rage quits means it's 5-0 on the 2nd acc. I told him to stop & play on his own account :P

I do love that card! The partnership with Dybala makes it a fantastic pairing. The kid doesn't really 'like' him (possibly the lack of skills), but after playing with him, he did recognise that he's probably one of the best out-n-out strikers there is (Lewandowski is another).

Are you pairing him with another? I thought you had Icardi in there too?

This was a OTW Higuain goal the other night.

Do like the long throw from Lehmann to start things off. Higuain though does hold himself well and actually has very good dribbling.

Yeah he would be playing up alongside Icardi.   Icardi is 2* skills so very limited, I saw Higuain was 3, which I think would be ok, im not a big skiller anyway.   I've found with Icardi you just need to figure out what they are good at.  His shot feints are actually pretty good as is his LT+RT dribble especially when you release and he just bursts away.    I reckon I could figure Higuain out too.  Enjoyed his NIF briefly.  I also quite fancy having a OTW card, with Juve playing Napoli this weekend, if he was to score a goal or 2 then who knows.   My only issue is id need to sell Insigne or Casemiro too to fund this.  or someone else to that value.

We have an untradeable 88 Icardi. Just had a look at that card and the 89 stats. DAMN! Did not realise his 89 card has 90 balance and 94 strength. Wow!

Initially thought that the 2 of them may feel clunky as a partnership. Icardi looks ridiculously good!

Its interesting the 88 is always higher up the FUTBIN top 100 list.  Made me think are people onto something, is that the better card?

I imagine Icardi plays like Lewandowski.  his finishing is absolutely clinical and his weak foot is brilliant too, he feels like an all rounder, scores all type of goals and has a bit of hustle and bustle with his pace and strength.

Not played with his 88 at all (was originally the 87 card and thought it would simply gather dust in the club). Based on what you're saying, I think I definitely will give him and Higuain a run! Actually keen to use him now. I do think a 6"-ish guy with that balance must be great in-game!

Started building a squad and thought I might go with IF Tevez at CAM (<60k) and possibly a full Argie team. Then I thought about the reddit video where the guy showed all (or the majority) of the stuff ups against Bolivia ... think I'll pass on a full Argie team. :D
