Wow - those prices!! :o :o

@Simmo ... kid has wanted a Torres card for a while (not sure why as he's a Utd support :P).

Anyway, we did it. Spent <200k actual outlay. Obviously a number of untradeables in there and said goodbye to SBC Suarez. 14 goal in 28 games ... oh well, good riddance.

Stats on the card are quite insane! Kid just played a game where a got a goal and a few assists. Physically looks BIG in game - didn't think he would (1.86m tall).

Just looked at the sbcs and thought nope not bothering with that.  I could definitely use the Torres or villa in my la liga side but I'll just see how prices go on the market.  WL started ok 3 wins from 5. #update 5/7 very happy with that serie a team doing the biz last 3 wins were all played post night out too (albeit a moderate one)  :D

Well i did a boo boo and said how good it was won the first 4 games albeit games 3&4 where tight 1-0's, then the sluggishness kicked in lost the next 3 or 4 don't really know as i left the last game.

Lol after 5 games was saying my projected finish was 94th haven't laughed so much in years

I finished up 3-2 but easily could've been 5-0 or at worst 4-1. Back to it after the derby later on

I played six games last night. Ended up 3-3 after being 1-3. The last game was just silly. Guy was getting every bounce, every shot was flying in. I was 4-1 down at half time. Ended up winning it 7-4! Equalised in the 90th minute with the last kick and destroyed him in extra time. All his players were dead, and as he had a bronze bench, he had nobody to bring on.
Didn't play anymore as I was too tired and had simply had enough!

Not many games my side - think I lost all 3. Kid played a bunch - especially with Torres in the club. Not even sure how many he won/lost.

All about Civ VI ... again! Lengthy session today - good 8 hours ... :o :o!

Meh, 6-7 now.  Lost the last 2 as the connection slowly worsened so have given up for the time being

Feel like I'm playing better but getting no breaks........ at all

Frustrating as hell........ as usual  :D

I've had a completely free weekend. Daughter at her nans and girlfriend away at her sisters, so had plenty of time to get the weekend league done. Pretty much the same sort of thing as usual. Lose at the start, get it back with a bug winning run, then hit a rocky patch with five defeats in a row to put Gold 3 into doubt. After the five match losing run, end up at 13-17 last night.
This morning it's an absolute stroll, knock off five straight wins with little difficulty and am currently 18-17.
So pretty much identical to the past two weeks were I've gone 18-17 and 18-18. Might play on and see if I can get to Gold 2 later.

9-11

One dc loss and the rest against the Xbox, EA and total turkey players. Genuinely no idea how I lost some of those games. Unbelievable 'bad luck' I guess  ;D

Same boat mate. Sometimes I wonder if I actually am completely stupid. 'Those bounces' ... I keep shaking my head. Another, down 2-3 with 5 min to play - about to cross the halfway line & his Kante hacks me from behind. Yellow card. WTF - why no red! At times it feels like I brush a player & it's a red (well, bit more than that). I hate playing with this 'woe-is-me' mentality, but I'm genuinely stumped at times.

Need 7 from 13.

Dammit. I hope they give Ronaldo realistic pace next year. Never realised that in a straight sprint Cahill is faster. Who'd a thought it  8)

Sick of this bull$hit arcade nonsense

Safe to say I ain't making it this weekend. Mathematically I can, yes but I know I won't.

Constant god squads, constant bs, constant shocking passing/shooting. Just about the only thing consistent with this damn game.

Matchmaking ???????? Who the Fk decides that. Ranking points should only come into it if your in the top say 5000 after 20 games. Before that should purely be based on best connection with the caveat that you can't play the same person more than once.  Can't remember the last time I had a 5 bar connection. Nearly all this weekend has been starting at one, then moving up to 3 then finally 4. Never 5

Rage, rage, rage
