I dunno if he's involved or not?  I just feel like a different type of game, sick of getting my ass handed to me on BF4 at the moment, want something i can really get into, possibly keep me occupied for months or possibly not.  Bit fed up with shooters though so want to give it a try.

It does seem a bit of a pisstake but its following the MMORPG old format of WoW.   I never played it but apparently it was sooooo addictively good that they charged a monthly fee for that as well.   Im not sure if it will entitle you to free dlc for the lifespan of the game?  i think it does but not really sure.  As far as i know the first month might be free (whoop de doo).

Is anyone else looking forward to Elder Scrolls Online?

Just found out last night its going to cost around $10-15 a month on top of xbox live!!!!!!!!!  It puts me off and attracts me in equal measures! :-/
I am very interested, I played wow for many years and had no issues with the extra subscription as the game provided many hours of enjoyment. If elder scrolls provides a similar level of enjoyment I would happily pay extra each month. I think it all comes down to the gameplay, they have a very good pedigree but building a game of this type is not easy, many big name companies have failed. I would hope they release a demo as it's a lot of money to pay for one month of gameplay if I don't like it.

Definetly, excellent online multiplayer as well, think I may have had as much fun on that as GTA5 online.
Nothling like the scream of those panther things that would attack you stealthily on rare occasions in certain remote areas!

I think I'll have to get it.  The early feedback is very good and I need a game I can properly get my teeth into.  £10 a month isn't the end of the world, providing it's worth it.

Couldn't (quickly) find the BF4 thread ... but saw this on IMGUR today ...

The real funny part is the title of the post ... "Flying a helicopter in BF4 for the first time"

Lol. I still can't fly them dammit.  One of the main attractions of bf4 from outset, wow planes and choppers, then the reality hits when u get it, ah **** I can't fly them at all.

I have started to play Infamous: Second Son (PS4 only). It is the third title in this franchise.

Great game so far! Very nice graphics. If this is the starting point of the next gen generation than I am curious how games will look like in 2/3 year time. The level of detail is simply breath taking already. Game play wise is feels very smooth. Controlling your power and making combo's are easy and look great. The AI of the enemy sometimes is a bit off. Did expect more resistance (currently playing on normal). First boss fight was relatively easy (died only once) .

Storyline is good, you are rally anxious to know 'what is next' although it is clear where the game will end. In the beginning you already are introduced to major bad guy (in this case woman)

Some side quests are worthwhile to do, audio logs really add to the game experience so far. Finding them is easy (hate to search for hours for pieces of information) so you keep momentum in the game.

all in all: good title and great first SP on the PS4 for me

i am a lousy chopper pilot as well, at least i was in bf3 ... last yr i played a lot of bf, one day i got on a chopper as a gunner and the dude flying was the best pilot everrrr .... flying like 5 m above the ground in between the trees, blasting tanks, jets or choppers immediately, getting all the flags, i had crazy xp points with him, was just shooting to all infantry on ground,  managed a couple of sessions next to him, was a fun nite...

you can practice on the ' test range'  option in the menu

I can fly choppers, jets is more difficult.

Glad ... the kid told me he watched read a bit more about Watchdogs - here's the link - http://blog.ubi.com/watch-dogs-35-highlights-four-hours-gameplay/.

The one that was interesting - "28. Spent three minutes following a leaf around testing the animation to see if it would disappear. It never did." Nice detail!
