A few things I took from it:

Build up play - speed - always been low, but can understand that this can be increased, base on comfort/knowledge of formation, players (incl. quality).
•
Build up play - positioning - interesting that this is in 'own half only'. I do like the creativity aspect, but may switch to 'organised' especially when conceding more goals. Makes a little sense why Smolnikov likes to play ... well, everywhere.
•
Chance creation - passing - now this is an interesting one. Currently it's at 40, but this is probably going to need adjustment, if the opponent is abusing with high pressure. Might be better for passer #1 to move around rather than staying in position and getting caught out, especially if said HP-abuser reads those passes well.

Chance creation - shooting - I think I'll be pushing this up a little too. Found his statement quite funny actually -
"With keepers having line reflexes of a **** **** addict ... So true at times!
