From hearing this sort of thing happening in the past before, it should change into the IF, but you never know with EA unfortunately.

Seen that it can take up to a week or so. The card will apparently not change but the IF will just drop into your club at some point. Hoping it also applies to NIFIFs you've discarded, so I can get my IF Jonathas... and discard him.
